Step by step

    Total your miles by state

    From your ELD or trip records for the quarter.

    Total your fuel by state

    From fuel receipts or fuel-card reports.

  3. 3

    File through your base state

    Enter miles and gallons per jurisdiction in the portal.

  4. 4

    Pay or take the credit

    Settle the net amount owed.

Worth knowing

  • File even at zero miles or you'll be penalized.
  • Due Apr 30, Jul 31, Oct 31, and Jan 31.
